The first step is to set yourself a goal

After setting the goal, I planned a suitable method for myself to help achieve the goal. The first is to set up a training plan to be completed, make sure that you complete it regularly, and see if you have done anything wrong in the process. Finally think about other ways to improve.I hope that I can achieve the goal I set at the beginning in this month, even if it will not succeed in the end, but I think this is a good experience.


2.Implementation of the formulated strategy

During this month, I set a goal for myself to learn how to control my body and start planning my own schedule in order to achieve this goal.For example, if I want to train my chest muscles, I set up a training plan for my current physical state to test whether I can complete it with quality.

These are the goals I set for myself to accomplish.

Develop a planned training plan for yourself, ensure the quality of training, and allow yourself to achieve the final set goals.If I can complete the above training items while ensuring the quality, then I believe that I am not far from the progress of the goal.


3.Review your implementation and insight for future development

In the process of doing it, I feel exhausted, I feel that it is not smooth when I do it, and the target muscles have no feeling of exertion, and the training effect is average.Along the way, I experimented with goals that I set myself, but struggled to do effectively in my current state.But in the process of trying, I also learned that there are still some areas that need to be improved, and which areas have not been done,such as the maximum weight that the body can push, and the quality of the training exercises, these are the reasons why I cannot effectively complete my own training..I believe that as long as you follow these deficiencies and gradually improve, there will be great changes in a month.

4.Review and Reflection on the whole module

Two weeks later

In the past two weeks, I watched video studies at night, and when I was in school, I went to the advice of the information tutor. After constant practice, I was finally able to lift weights that I couldn't lift before, and then use the right muscles. I feel stronger than ever, and I've trained my target muscles. It is not far from successfully reaching the goal.

When I first set this goal, I didn't think I could do it.But the truth is, through the course, I have learned some methods that help me accomplish, such as muscle relaxation, which can help my muscles tense due to stress, because after the muscles are tense, I can't do many movements, so I don't reach my own when training expected goals, but after what I learned in the course, I improved and the stress was reduced,so that when I accomplish my goals, I can be in a good state to perform, and not because of stress or tension,Stop forward.
